FICAVO is a software studio that works with companies building products at the intersection of design and technology. We don't separate the disciplines. Design and engineering operate as one team, on the same brief, from the first day of every engagement.
We are selective. At any given time we run four to six active projects. That ceiling is deliberate it means the people who scoped your project are the people delivering it.
Most digital studios organise around a handoff model: design finishes, engineering starts. The seam between those two phases is where most product quality is lost. Misread specs, feasibility issues discovered too late, visual decisions that collapse under real data — they all trace back to that gap.
We removed the handoff. Our designers work in Figma with engineering constraints already defined. Our engineers work against designs that have been pressure-tested for implementation. The result is fewer revision cycles, faster delivery, and products that behave in production the way they looked in prototype.
We do not subcontract. Every person who works on your project is a permanent member of this studio. You will meet them in the first week. You will have direct access to them throughout.
We do not take on more work than we can do well. If we are at capacity when you approach us, we will tell you honestly and give you a realistic timeline for when we can engage.
